Black Developers Forum 2025 Annual Breakfast at Housing California

This year’s Black Developers Forum Annual Breakfast, held during the Housing California Conference on March 6, 2025, was energizing and impactful. We addressed the Southern California fires and their impact on the Black community, with key insights from Marina Wiant and Gustavo Velasquez on CDLAC's and HCD's funding plans. The conversation centered on preserving generational wealth in Altadena, and attendees enjoyed breakfast, networking, and meaningful dialogue on the future of Black-led development in California.
